The system consists of two predefined components designed to be mixed entirely together:
• Powder Component (Bag): 20 kg of cement-based powder.
• Liquid Component (Jerrycan): 5 liters of emulsion polymer liquid.
Step-by-Step Mixing Instructions
1. Prepare the Container: Pour the entire 5 liters of liquid component into a clean mixing bucket first. Do not add water.
2. Add the Powder: Slowly and continuously add the 20 kg powder component into the liquid while stirring.
3. Mix Thoroughly: Use a low-speed mechanical mixer (around 400–600 RPM) to blend the two parts together. Mix for approximately 3 to 5 minutes until a smooth, lump-free, homogenous slurry is formed.
4. Slump/Rest Period: Let the mixed mortar sit and mature for 3 to 5 minutes.
5. Final Remix: Stir the mixture one last time for about 1 minute before beginning application.
