Sika Sika Hydrofuge HW is a high-performance reactive crystallizing mass water repellent allowing the production of water-repellent concretes. Features / Benefits The Sika Hydrofuge HW combines with the lime of the cement to form complementary crystallizations which obstruct the capillaries of the concrete, making it water repellent. The Sika Hydrofuge HW is very effective. The Sika Hydrofuge HW can entrain air and modify the grip. Application areas Water-repellent concrete in the mass: foundations, slabs, tanks. Concretes resistant to attack by selenitous water, sea water, industrial water or pure water. Water-repellent mortars. Application The Sika Hydrofuge HW is added to the mixer at the same time as the mixing water. They can be introduced separately into the water scale.
