Diagnose, troubleshoot and maintain laptops, desktops, printers and other IT equipment.
Install and configure Windows operating systems, drivers, applications and computer hardware.
Perform RAM and SSD upgrades, computer testing and basic hardware repairs.
Configure routers, switches, Wi-Fi, LAN connections and IP addressing.
Assist with system configuration, printer sharing, file sharing and basic server setup.
Test and prepare computers before delivery to customers.
Help customers select suitable laptops, desktops, monitors and networking products.
Assist with quotations, product demonstrations, installations and onsite technical support.
Maintain accurate records of repairs, technical jobs and equipment handled.
Support the company's sales and customer service activities.
Ujuzi Unaohitajika
Certificate or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking or a related field.
Practical experience in computer hardware, software installation and troubleshooting.
Good understanding of networking fundamentals, routers, switches, TCP/IP and Wi-Fi.
Knowledge of Windows configuration and basic server administration is an advantage.
Good communication, customer service and problem-solving skills.
Honest, organised, proactive and willing to learn.
Ability to travel to customer sites when required is an added advantage.
