Welcoming and assisting customers Answering customer inquiries about products Selling and promoting shop products Receiving payments (cash, card, M-Pesa) Issuing receipts using ETR machine Keeping the shop clean and organized Arranging and displaying goods on shelves Monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages Recording daily sales and transactions Preventing theft or loss of goods Handling customer complaints politely Opening and closing the shop on time Safeguarding shop property and equipment Reporting any issues to the supervisor or manager

Minimum KCSE certificate or equivalent Basic numeracy and literacy skills Good communication and customer service skills Ability to handle cash and process payments (cash, card, M-Pesa) Basic computer or ETR machine knowledge Honest and trustworthy character Good organizational skills Ability to work under minimal supervision Friendly and presentable appearance Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required Previous experience in retail or sales is an added advantage Teamwork and problem-solving skills
