The Dayliff DDA 1200C2 is a multistage centrifugal submersible pump designed for pumping clean, non-aggressive water from wells, boreholes, and tanks for domestic use and light irrigation.1It is powered by a 0.92kW (1.2HP) single-phase motor operating at 2900 RPM.2 The pump is capable of achieving a high head lift, reaching up to 60 meters, with a maximum flow rate of approximately $6 \text{m}^3/\text{hr}$ (flow decreases as head increases). Key features include its stainless steel casing and a jacketed motor that allows for excellent cooling, even when semi-submerged.3 It also includes an inbuilt capacitor and a low-level float switch for simplified installation and protection against dry running.4
