The Dayliff DDP 50A is an automatic, self-priming peripheral impeller booster pump designed for small-scale domestic water supply, providing on-demand water pressure.1It features a low-power 0.32HP (0.25kW) motor and includes a diaphragm-type pressure vessel and a mechanical pressure switch for fully automatic operation.2 The pump starts when pressure drops to the cut-in pressure (typically 1.2 Bar) and stops when pressure reaches the cut-out pressure (typically 1.8 Bar).3 Construction includes a cast iron body and a brass impeller. It provides a max flow of about $2.5\text{m}^3/\text{hr}$ and a head up to 40 meters, making it ideal for boosting low mains pressure or supplying water from storage tanks.
