Knapsack mist blower machine is a portable agricultural spraying device worn on the operator’s back like a backpack (“knapsack”). It is used to apply pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, fertilizers, or disinfectants in the form of a fine mist over crops, plantations, orchards, and public health areas. Main Components Engine/Motor – Usually a small petrol engine that powers the blower. Chemical Tank – Holds the liquid chemical solution. Blower Fan – Produces a strong stream of air to carry the spray as mist. Spray Hose and Nozzle – Directs the mist toward crops or target areas. How It Works The engine drives a fan that creates high-velocity airflow. The chemical solution from the tank is mixed with this airflow and atomized into tiny droplets, producing a mist that can reach tall plants and cover large areas efficiently.
