Oregano seeds are tiny and require light to germinate. Press 5–8 seeds lightly onto the soil surface without burying them, and keep them moist in full sun. They sprout in 14–21 days and thrive as hardy, drought-tolerant perennials
Sowing: Sow seeds indoors 6–8 weeks before the last frost, or directly in well-drained soil in warm weather. Optimal soil temperature is between 21°–26°C.
Light: Because the seeds are dust-like, never cover them with dirt. They need light to germinate, so just gently press them into a high-quality seed starting mix and bottom-water to avoid washing them away
Transplanting: Space seedlings or mature plants about 30–38 cm apart in full sun
Maintenance: Oregano prefers dry, alkaline soil and grows well in pots or open gardens.
