A Lynfield trap is a bucket-shaped trap used to catch fruit flies. It's made of clear plastic and has four entry holes. How it works The trap's holes allow the lure's vapor to escape and flies to enter. Other fruit fly traps: Apple cider vinegar trap: A small amount of apple cider vinegar in a jar with a few drops of liquid soap.
