In electrical engineering, busbars serve as the heavy-duty conductive "highways" for power distribution. Because these bars are often thick (ranging from 10mm to 20mm) and made of high-tenacity non-ferrous metals, manual manipulation is impossible.
This machine centralizes the three core mechanical requirements—punching, cutting, and bending—into a single, compact footprint powered by an integrated hydraulic pump system.The machine is designed for operator safety. It features foot-pedal controls, allowing the technician to use both hands to stabilize the heavy metal bar during the process. The "3-in-1" nature eliminates the need for three separate hydraulic pumps, reducing energy consumption and floor-space requirements.
