Here's how it generally works:
Solar Collection: The system utilizes multiple vacuum tubes (often 30 for a 300L system). These tubes are made of high-efficiency borosilicate glass with a special coating (like AL/N/AL) that absorbs sunlight very effectively and minimizes heat loss.
Heat Absorption: As sunlight hits the evacuated tubes, the coating absorbs the solar radiation and converts it into heat.
Natural Convection (Thermosiphon Effect): Water from the bottom of the stainless steel storage tank flows into the evacuated tubes. As this water heats up, it becomes less dense and rises back into the top of the storage tank.
