Description
This calabash is made from a fruit or plant which is already ripe and cut into two portions before the contents are removed. It is later left in the sun for the contents to dry, then removed before it is used. It is used by both sexes to drink porridge, water and even milk.

Harvested using careful practices to protect and sustain the environment
