Complete small-scale bar soap making plant suitable for laundry soap and toilet soap production with an output of up to 1000kg of finished bar soap per shift of 8 hours. The setup includes a 3-phase soap plodder running on a 3kW geared motor, a 400-liter soap mixer powered by a 2.2kW geared motor, 200l stainless oil bleaching tank, gas-fired boiler, soap noodle holder, stainless steel cutting table, bend sealer,and weighing scale. Designed for low electricity consumption, compact workshop setup, and easy operation. Ideal for startups, SMEs, NGOs, institutions, and community projects.
