The die (or disk) is a crucial, high-wear component of a pellet machine, particularly for a model with a capacity of 300kgs per hour. This hardened steel plate, with precisely drilled holes, is the core of the pelletizing process.
As rollers apply immense pressure, the raw material (such as animal feed, biomass, or fertilizer) is forced through the die's holes, where it is compressed and formed into dense, cylindrical pellets.
