It is called the orutu among the Luo, the siiriri among the Luhya, and the wandindi among the Kikuyu. This instrument resonates with the soulful echoes of generations past, infusing your world with the essence of cultural richness.
Meticulously constructed using locally sourced materials, the Orutu features a resonant wooden body covered with finely cured animal skin. Its single string, crafted from modern materials, creates beautiful notes that take you on a journey through time and places.
