Digital Marketing Assistant

Creating and scheduling content for social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Responding to customer messages, comments, and online inquiries professionally. Assisting with planning and running digital marketing campaigns. Monitoring social media pages and helping grow followers and engagement. Writing captions, promotional posts, and basic marketing copy. Updating website or online business listings when needed. Assisting with email marketing campaigns and customer communications. Conducting basic market and competitor research. Tracking campaign performance and preparing simple reports. Working with the marketing team to promote products, services, or events. Helping maintain the company's online brand image. Supporting lead generation and customer acquisition through digital channels.

Diploma, certificate, or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (may vary by employer). Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms. Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Familiarity with social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Previous experience is an added advantage but not always required for entry-level roles. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Kcse certificate (minimum grade may be specified by the employer). Certificate, diploma, or degree in marketing, business administration, communications, it, or a related field is an added advantage. Basic computer literacy (microsoft office/google workspace). Basic knowledge of social media platforms (tiktok, facebook, instagram, linkedin). Good written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to learn quickly and work both independently and as part of a team. Previous experience is an added advantage but not mandatory for entry-level positions.
