This equipment is an HDPE butt fusion welding machine, designed to join high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipes and fittings seamlessly. It uses heat and pressure to melt and fuse the pipe ends, creating a leak-proof, continuous joint that is as strong as the pipe itself. Key Operational Steps & Functions Securing & Alignment (Pipe Clamps): The red circular clamps lock the pipe ends firmly in place to keep them straight and properly aligned during the joining process. Facing / Trimming (Electric Planer): The portable drill-like facing tool is inserted between the pipe ends to shave and smooth the edges, ensuring completely flat and clean surfaces that meet squarely. Heating (Heating Plate): The heating element is placed between the pipe ends to apply controlled thermal heat, melting the edges to the required welding temperature.
