These are called neutral bars (neutral links) or earth bars (grounding bars) used in electrical installations.
What they look like
What they are used for
1. Neutral connection
They are used to connect all neutral wires together in a distribution board.
Instead of joining wires randomly, all neutrals are neatly fixed in this bar.
2. Earthing (grounding)
Sometimes used as earth bars to connect grounding wires.
Helps protect people and appliances from electric shock.
3. Organizing wiring
Makes wiring clean, safe, and easy to maintain.
