Key Uses & Applications: Metal Fabrication & Cutting: Cutting thick structural steel, rebar, iron pipes, sheet metal, and bolts using a thin cutting disc. Masonry & Concrete Work: Scoring and cutting through concrete blocks, bricks, stone tiles, asphalt, and pavers when fitted with a diamond blade. Weld & Metal Grinding: Smoothing out heavy weld beads, removing rust, mill scale, and deburring rough metal edges with a grinding wheel. Surface Preparation: Stripping paint, scale, and corrosion from large metal structures using wire cup brushes or flap discs. Chasing & Slotting: Cutting grooves in walls or floors for electrical conduit and plumbing pipes.
