Woodworking: Cutting out shapes for furniture, signs, or sink holes in countertops.
Metalworking: When used with a high-tooth-count (TPI) metal blade, it can cut thin sheet metal or aluminum.
PVC/Plastic: Excellent for trimming pipes or plastic housing.
Safety Tip
Always ensure the tool is unplugged before changing the blade or adjusting the base plate angle. Standard safety gear includes eye protection and a dust mask, especially when cutting MDF or treated lumber.
