How It Works
Preparation: Select the die head that matches the pipe size and bolt it onto the heating plate.
Heating: Turn on the device and set the required temperature (typically around 260°C for PPR).
Softening: Simultaneously push the pipe into the female die and the fitting onto the male die. Hold for a few seconds until the plastic softens.
Joining: Remove them from the dies and quickly push the pipe into the fitting. Once the plastic cools, it forms a single, seamless, leak-proof bond.
