Primary Applications PPR & Plastic Pipe Welding: Designed specifically for jointing PPR, PE, PB, and PVC plastic pipes used in modern plumbing, drainage, and water supply systems. Leak-Free Water Connections: Melts the outer surface of the pipe and the inner surface of the fitting simultaneously, fusing them into a single seamless, permanent piece. How It Works Attach Heating Heads (Die Heads): Install the correct sized die heads (20mm, 25mm, or 32mm onto the aluminum heating plate. Set Temperature: Use the digital control panel to set the required heating temperature (typically around 260 for PPR). Heat the Pipe & Fitting: Insert the pipe end into the female die and the fitting onto the male die until heated sufficiently.
