Use the alcohol testing (hydrometer) for liquor when diluting your spirits to determine when it reaches a drinkable strength.
For Liqueur strength: dilute to 25%-35% alcohol.
Do not add flavourings or sugar until after dilution, as this will interfere with the accuracy of use with the Spirit Meter.
For Spirit strength: dilute to 40%-60% alcohol.
Do not add any flavouring until after dilution as this will interfere with the accuracy of the Spirit Meter.
Dilute to the correct strength before charcoal filtering.
