Computer Sales Assistant / Sales Representative

• Welcome and assist customers with product selection. • Sell laptops, computers, phones, and accessories. • Explain product features, prices, and promotions. • Process sales, payments, quotations, and invoices. • Arrange merchandise and keep the shop clean and organised • Monitor stock and assist with inventory management. • Respond to customer enquiries in-store, by phone, WhatsApp • Provide basic product setup and after-sales support. • Meet sales targets and deliver excellent customer service. • Perform other duties as assigned

• Must be a Lady •Good sales and negotiation skills. • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. • Basic troubleshooting and product demonstration skills. • Good organisational and time management skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. • Honest, reliable, and trustworthy. • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.Requirements • KCSE certificate or equivalent (Diploma or Certificate in Sales, Business, or ICT is an added advantage). • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. •Basic knowledge of computers, laptops, smartphones, and accessories. • Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office and email). • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when required.

• KCSE certificate with a minimum grade of C- (Minus) or equivalent. • Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, ICT, or a related field is an added advantage. • At least 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in a computer or electronics shop. • Basic knowledge of computers, laptops, smartphones, and accessories. • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email. • Good communication and customer service skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Honest, reliable, and willing to learn.
