Upload, update, and manage product listings on Jumia, Kilimall, and the company website.
Edit product prices, descriptions, images, and stock information to ensure accuracy.
Activate and deactivate products on online marketplaces as required.
Monitor online orders and assist with customer inquiries and sales support.
Track product returns, process return requests, and raise claims with relevant platforms or suppliers when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of returns, refunds, and claims.
Assist with inventory management and stock monitoring.
Support order fulfillment, packaging, and dispatch activities.
Ensure products are properly organized and displayed within the shop.
Assist with general shop operations and perform other duties assigned by management to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Sales, IT, or a related field.
Previous experience in e-commerce, retail sales, or customer service is an added advantage.
