Ur multi-function strength gym machine combines the features of a Smith Machine, Squat Rack, and Cable Crossover Machine into one, allowing you to truly achieve versatility in your workouts.
The attached J-Hooks and Spotter Arms are designed to allow for free weight exercises, similar to a Squat Cage Rack.
The Smith System’s primary feature is its fixed vertical movement, offering enhanced stability support during weightlifting and Bench Press routines. Complementing this, Safety Hooks and Safety Stops ensure maximum safety during workouts. Ball Bearing Sleeves contribute to a smoother exercise experience.
Two adjustable pulleys on each side of the machine allow for 10 levels of movement, ranging from 180cm to 45cm.
