The narrative follows Kanata, a young swordsman living in a world governed by the Moon. A bizarre phenomenon begins causing people, structures, and entire cities to vanish into a blank white void, leaving behind misty ghostlike silhouettes. Upon discovering that he possesses the unique ability to convert memories back into physical matter, Kanata sets out with his childhood friends to repair the fractured fragments of reality and uncover the source of the world's disappearance.
