Developed by Black Mermaid and published by Humble Games, Moonscars is a brutally challenging 2D side-scrolling action-platformer. It masterfully fuses dark fantasy worldbuilding, traditional Metroidvania exploration, and punishing Soulslike combat mechanics.A Grim and Haunting NarrativePlayers control Grey Irma, a fierce warrior woman constructed from clay, bone, and ichor. Awakening in a dark, painterly world marred by despair, she must fight through relentless monsters to find her maker, the Sculptor. Along the way, she unravels the mysteries of her creation and confronts memories of betrayal and revenge.
