I took Catering and Accommodation in Kiambu National Polytechnic where I was trained, taught, and so many other qualities. I majored in Food and beverage department, Kitchen Department, Housekeeping department, Front office operations department and so many other sub-units like food control... My attachment took place in one of Muthu Hotels called Sovereign Suites, where I got trained in the major departments mentioned above.
