Construction
-Built entirely from food-grade Stainless Steel 304, ensuring corrosion resistance, durability, and compliance with food and beverage hygiene standards. Designed as a dual-station sink unit for manual yet high-speed operation.
System Configuration
-Exterior Cleaning Station. Uses raw water supply.
Allows manual scrubbing and rinsing of bottle surfaces to remove dust, labels, or debris.
-Interior Sanitizing Station. Equipped with a high-pressure vertical jet nozzle.
Uses purified/product water to sanitize the internal surface of bottles.
Ensures removal of sediment, yeast residues, and contaminants.
-Bottle Compatibility. Supports multiple bottle sizes:
