Farmcaretaker Operations Supervisor

-Crop & Field Management: Planting, weeding, fertilizing, and pest control Farm Infrastructure & Compound: Maintaining fences, buildings, and farm surroundings Livestock & Poultry Care: Feeding and managing chickens, goats, and other animals; cleaning pens; monitoring health Post-Harvest & Produce Management: Harvesting, storing, and preparing crops for sale (with owner’s consent) Market & Sales Duties: Running errands to stockyards and markets for produce and livestock transactions Labour Supervision: Overseeing all farm activities and organizing casual or seasonal workers Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of farm operations, sales, and livestock Owner Instructions: Following all instructions and guidance from the absentee owner General Errands & Miscellaneous: Any additional tasks needed to support smooth farm operations

Basic stock keeping skills Ability to faithfully follow instructions If non-local, able to live well with neighbours and conduct themselves with self respect- minding their own business Flexibility to relocate and adapt in new locations.
