Work quickly and efficiently, especially during busy periods.
Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic kitchen/work area.
Ensure proper food handling, storage and portion control.
Monitor ingredients and inform management when supplies are running low.
Minimise food wastage and maintain good use of ingredients.
Keep kitchen equipment and utensils clean and properly maintained.
Interact politely and professionally with customers when taking orders or responding to questions.
