Motorcycle Delivery Rider Wanted – Nairobi

Safely and efficiently deliver customer orders on time. Pick up orders from the company and deliver them to customers. Communicate with customers professionally and provide updates where necessary. Confirm successful deliveries and collect payments where required. Follow assigned delivery routes and comply with traffic and road-safety regulations. Collect stocks, supplies, and other items from designated suppliers or locations. Maintain the assigned motorcycle in good, clean, and roadworthy condition. Report any motorcycle faults, accidents, delays, or delivery issues promptly. Keep accurate records of deliveries, collections, and payments. Perform any other duties reasonably assigned by management.

Valid motorcycle driving licence. Valid Kenyan National ID. Previous delivery or motorcycle rider experience is an added advantage. Good knowledge of Nairobi roads and routes. Must be reliable, punctual, responsible, and trustworthy. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Must own or have access to a smartphone. Ability to use Google Maps, WhatsApp, and other navigation/delivery applications. Valid Certificate of Good Conduct is mandatory. Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and meet delivery deadlines.
