How Fiber Mesh is Used :
1. Select the right dosage
Measure the required amount of fiber mesh according to the mix design or manufacturer’s recommendation.
2. Dry blending (optional)
Pre-mix the fibers with dry cement and aggregates before adding water for better dispersion.
3. Add during mixing
Introduce the fiber mesh into the concrete mixer while mixing is ongoing to avoid clumping.
4. Ensure uniform distribution
Continue mixing until fibers are evenly spread throughout the mixture.
5. Place the mix
Pour or spread the fiber-reinforced concrete into slabs, pavements, or structural elements.
6. Compact properly
Use vibration or tamping to eliminate voids and improve bonding.
7. Finish and cure
Finish the surface as needed and allow proper curing for strength development.
