The TU8550 is a contactless infrared thermometer designed for quick and safe surface temperature measurements from -50 to 550°C. It uses optics to focus infrared energy onto a sensor, which converts it into a digital temperature reading displayed on an LCD. Ideal for industrial maintenance and equipment inspection (e.g., transformers), it allows non-contact measurement of hot, hazardous, or hard-to-reach objects.
Note: This device is not intended for measuring human body temperature or internal food temperatures.
