INSUTECH INSUCOAT Primer is a high-quality, water-based bitumen emulsion designed to prepare concrete and other building surfaces before the application of waterproofing membranes and bituminous coatings.
Applied as the first layer of a waterproofing system, it penetrates the surface, seals pores and capillary voids, reduces air gaps and creates a strong, uniform base for the waterproofing membrane. It also forms a flexible protective barrier against water-vapour transmission, helping improve the durability and performance of the complete waterproofing system.
