Dr. Fixit Fastflex is used for flexible waterproofing applications to help prevent water penetration in suitable building surfaces. Main uses Bathrooms and showers – waterproofing floors and walls before tiling, where approved by the product specifications. Balconies and terraces – helping prevent rainwater from penetrating the concrete substrate. Kitchens and wet areas – protecting suitable floors and walls from moisture. Concrete surfaces – providing a waterproof barrier on compatible concrete or cement-based substrates. Crack-prone areas – accommodating limited substrate movement if the product is rated for crack bridging. Under-tile waterproofing – creating a waterproof layer beneath tiles when specified for that application.
