Sika Topseal 107 is a high-performance cementitious waterproofing solution used for protecting concrete and masonry surfaces against water penetration. It is ideal for water tanks, bathrooms, toilets, basements, foundations, terraces, balconies, swimming pools and retaining walls. This two-component waterproofing slurry provides excellent adhesion, durability, and resistance to positive and negative water pressure.
Sika Topseal 107 is easy to apply with a brush or trowel and is suitable for both internal and external waterproofing. It is commonly used in building construction, plumbing works, roof leakage repair and damp proofing.
