WPC decking, or composite decking, is a material solution made from a unique combination of plastic and wood. WPC, which stands for Wood Plastic Composite, consists of 45% timber fibers, 55% HDPE, and additives. Natural wood needs to be finished with polish before hand over or pre finished wood can be used for installation. WPC is split resistant and splinter free while natural wood is not. WPC is more durable and weather resistant than natural wood. WPC is not affected by water, snow or heat. The wpc decking products capture the natural beauty of wood. The high performance makes the product can withstand years of sunlight, rain, wind and snow. The maintenance cost is low, and it can generally be used 10 to 15 years.
