This is a wall mounted light and or can be fitted into a pipe hole with stick or something for it to be steady. This is brand new just put the wiring and its go to go. (Meaning its new but never used it and the wire was peeling of so replaced it. No issues at all. Flexible. I m in westlands brookside.
