Responsibilities
*perform fiber optic splicing and termination (fusion and mechanical)
* test, troubleshoot and maintain fiber optic links
* conduct otdr testing
* ensure low-loss splicing and signal quality
* maintain proper documentation and test reports
* coordinate with field and noc teams
* identify and resolve fiber faults
Requirements & Skills
* Experience in fiber optic splicing/telecom projects
* Knowledge of fusion splicing, OTDR testing and fiber tools
* Ability to work in field environment
* Team player and good coordination skills
Minimum Qualification Requirements
* at least high school graduate
* with experience in fiber splicing ( ftth, fttb and adss)
* willing to work in field and heights
* willing to relocate to job location ( murang'a)
* hardworking, dependable and can work in a team
* salary 12,000
