This 100mm thick rockwool insulation blanket is designed for heavy-duty thermal insulation applications where extreme heat resistance and mechanical strength are required. Rated for continuous temperatures up to 1000°C, it is ideal for industrial furnaces, boilers, kilns, chimneys, exhaust systems, and high-temperature pipelines.
Manufactured with a high density of 150kg/m3 and reinforced with galvanized wire mesh, the blanket maintains structural integrity under high heat and vibration, making it suitable for both horizontal and vertical installations. Supplied in 3m x 1m sheets, it offers excellent thermal efficiency, fire resistance, sound absorption, and energy loss reduction in demanding industrial environments.
