It is a waterproofing admixture for the concrete . it acts both as a highly effective plasticizer and a waterproofing agent . used on waterproof concrete in general .when used as a waterproofing agent ,use 2.25l per bag of cement and when used as a bonding agent, use 1.5l per bag of cement. packaged in 5l and 25l cans.
