SikaTop-501 Seal (formerly known as MasterSeal 501) is a cement-based, capillary crystalline waterproofing material designed for concrete and cementitious substrates. It works by reacting with moisture to grow insoluble crystals within the pores and capillary tracts of the concrete, permanently blocking the passage of water from both positive and negative sides.
