A Handheld Induction Sealer is a small portable machine that seals a bottle airtight using a foil liner inside the cap. It doesn't seal the cap itself - it welds the foil under the cap to the bottle rim.
It's what gives that clean foil you have to peel off on medicine, juice, honey, yogurt, cosmetic cream, and peanut butter jars.
