Welcome and assist customers professionally Attend to customer enquiries and provide product information Promote products and drive sales Process customer purchases and payments Maintain a clean, organized and attractive shop Arrange and restock products Assist with stock taking and monitoring inventory Ensure products are properly displayed and priced Handle customer concerns professionally Support the smooth running of daily shop operations

Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage Good communication and customer service skills Friendly, confident and presentable Honest, reliable and responsible Good attention to detail Able to work 5 days a week Must be able to work at Westgate Mall

Certificate/Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage 1+ year of retail or sales experience preferred Experience working in a retail shop, boutique, showroom, or customer-facing environment is an added advantage Good spoken and written communication skills Good customer service and interpersonal skills Basic computer/POS knowledge is an advantage Must be honest, reliable and responsible Must be presentable, energetic and customer-oriented Must be comfortable working 5 days a week at Westgate Mall
