I am a third-year BSc. Telecommunication & Information Engineering student at Dedan Kimathi University of Technology with a strong interest in cybersecurity, penetration testing, networking, and security engineering. I have hands-on experience using Kali Linux, Nmap, Burp Suite, Metasploit, and other security tools in controlled laboratory environments. I have worked with vulnerable systems such as Metasploitable 2 and Kioptrix and have practical experience in network reconnaissance, service enumeration, web application analysis, and troubleshooting.
I also developed Prometheus, an experimental autonomous penetration-testing system, which has given me substantial experience in Python, automation, system design, and security research. In addition, I completed an internship at Flink WiFi, where I gained practical exposure to professional networking and telecommunications operations.
I am a highly self-motivated learner who enjoys solving difficult technical problems, understanding how systems work, and turning theory into practical solutions. I am currently seeking an opportunity where I can contribute my networking and cybersecurity skills while continuing to grow as a security professional.
