Our Vintage leather is first layer natural hide cow leather. The only treatment the leather has had is the colour dye. The leather has all the original characteristics, shading and texture of natural hide. The longer you have the case, the deeper the colour will become.
The leather will weather naturally over time, giving each case a unique natural lived in look. If you scratch or damage the leather, the natural healing properties of the leather will self repair and scratches will disappear over time. However we don't recommend putting the case in your pocket with sharp objects such as keys.
