It is designed to fit two fingers (the rear fingers - pinky and ring) and can be used either on the left hand or on the right. It is an anti-fouling glove whose purpose is to help avoid smudging on the drawing tablet/monitor's surface so that your stylus runs smoothly and you can glide your hand on the tablet necely too.
