The ARCTIC MX-7 is a high-performance thermal compound designed to meet the heavy thermal demands of modern multi-core CPUs and high-end GPUs. Serving as a major evolution in ARCTIC's popular MX series, it builds upon the success of older compounds like MX-4 and MX-6 by focusing on long-term stability and lower thermal resistance under intense workloads. Key specifications and features of the ARCTIC MX-7 include:1. Thermal & Physical PerformanceThermal Conductivity: M W/m·K (bulk), utilizing a high-filler composition featuring aluminum oxide and zinc oxide to facilitate rapid heat transfer from the processor die to the cooler base. Low Thermal Resistance: Boasts an extremely low interface resistance (approx. 2.8 mm2·K/W), which allows for efficient heat dissipation even across thin bond lines.
